What makes your practice unique?
With over three decades of experience, I offer a deeply compassionate, practical approach tailored to your specific needs. I integrate EMDR and other evidence-based modalities to help clients experience real, sustainable change—emotionally, mentally, and relationally.
What issues do you treat?
I specialize in treating trauma (including PTSD and phobias), substance use disorders (primarily alcohol and marijuana), anxiety, depression, and codependency. I also work with individuals processing grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help us determine if we’re a good fit. This call is required before scheduling an intake session.
Do you offer online or in-person therapy?
Both. I see clients in person on Wednesdays in Edmonds, WA, and offer virtual therapy to clients throughout Washington state.
What are your hours?
Monday–Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
(In-person appointments are available on Wednesdays only.)
What modalities do you use?
I use a variety of evidence-based modalities including:
Attachment-based therapy, Coaching, CBT, Compassion-Focused Therapy, EMDR, EFT, MBCT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, REBT, SFBT, Strength-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I accept Cigna and First Choice Health. I can also see Kaiser PPO clients as an out-of-network provider through First Choice. If you have a different provider, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
What are your fees?
My fee is $240 per session for private pay clients.
Will I be in therapy forever?
Not at all. Many clients begin seeing progress within the first few sessions. Therapy is tailored to your goals—whether short-term support or deeper, longer-term work.
