Codependency self-assessment

Codependency is usually marked by a pattern of unhealthy relationships, and difficulty communicating or making decisions on your own. Codependents often feel hurt when they put tremendous effort into relationships and find that those efforts are not reciprocated. Often, codependents have had a difficult childhood that impacts their adult relationships. If you identify with these symptoms, you may be codependent.

Take this quiz to discover where you fall on the codependency scale and to determine if it might be time for you to get some help!

Please note: This self-assessment is intended for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a diagnostic tool and should not be used to self-diagnose any condition. If you are concerned about your mental health, please reach out to Anne Grisham-Pleas
