I offer an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and EMDR trauma therapy. These methods help clients develop greater self-awareness, process difficult emotions, and heal from past trauma.

Mindfulness—the practice of being present without judgment—serves as a foundation in our work. It allows you to notice thoughts, emotions, and body sensations with curiosity rather than reactivity. This gentle awareness opens the door to self-understanding and lasting change.

I strive to create a safe, sacred space where you feel supported, seen, and free to be vulnerable. Compassion, honesty, and acceptance are central to the therapeutic relationship we build. Together, we focus on cultivating self-compassion, practicing self-care, and fostering self-acceptance as essential steps toward healing.

I help clients find freedom from compulsive behaviors, addiction, and limiting beliefs. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, mood disorders, food compulsions, substance use, codependency, or love addiction, you deserve effective tools to manage symptoms and create a more peaceful, meaningful life.
